Are you having a hard time attending group functions? Are you having a hard time with enclosed areas? Is driving a panic factor for you? There are a lot people who suffer with the disorders and in some cases if the panic attack is strong, that’s when they feel they need panic attack help. Some people will over look the first attack and then continuously have them and still get no help for the condition.
Let’s first take a look at what a panic attack really is and then you can determine if you need panic attack help. Generically, a it’s is a bunch of wrong or negative thoughts, thoughts that are frightening and terrifying. When these thoughts enter the body, the body simply responds to whichever way the thought terrifies the owner of the body. At some time in our life everyone is going to experience terrifying thoughts one time or another. Some people may ask, is what you do with those thoughts count?
People may visualize, or see themselves “panicking” a lot of time through out the day and don’t even know why. Panicking usually gets the person no where if they don’t even know what they’re panicking about. You may ask “what brought that on?” not realizing that your mind brought on that particular thought. The mind can see you as panicking and then the brain follows through to fulfill the visualization, this can bring on a panic attack at it’s earliest convenience. Sometimes an attack can happen at the weirdest times when you least expect it.
If you think about it, the more you focus on negative and panicky feelings, the more the fearful and panicky feelings will stay around, clouding your brain and blocking other thoughts, at this point, this is probably where you may need panic attack help. Once you decide to face your fears, the less intense your fearful thoughts will become. If you label something in your mind it will give it an entity. What you have to do is take control of the entity and don’t label it as an attack. If you decide to look at it as an attack, you would only know what that entity means to you and those same entities will continue to thrive.
You have the opportunity to turn your thoughts around so that you can overcome those wrong feelings or thoughts. Give your entities a different name and different labels for example, “panic samplers, panic pounces…” you’ll soon get the idea. Another way you can look at panic is the emotional or mental state induced by the god, Pan, chant statements like “we’re better than pan, we’re smarter than pan…” We can simply give Pan an entity.
