January 6 in Stop Panic Attacks by Pamela Endersun

Nobody ever dreams of the day when they’d all of a sudden have their first anxiety attack, like it was a vacation. Unfortunately , these events do happen often and even take over some people’s lives. You can prepare yourself to get through that issue, and stop anxiety attacks by asking 5 simple questions.

1. Are you over-committed with responsibilities?

Stress is the biggest cause of having anxiety attacks. Overloading your schedule with responsibilities and a weighty agenda can injure your emotional well-being. Try to avoid taking on too many responsibilities, or at least learn to pace them out, make them controllable. You’ll realize that you have space to respire, and time to re-cooperate.

2. Do you need anyone to help?

Getting help is maybe one of the hardest things for people to do. This should not be the situation, especially when life becomes overpoweringly intense. Be prepared to ask for help with what’s on your plate. The last thing you need is to be too sorry of appearing puny, or too proud, to simply grab onto somebody and ask for their aid. Work can go so much faster and tasks appear so far simpler with some help.

3. Do you have an emotional support group or buddies?

Facing life alone worked for the Lone Ranger, but those days of cowboys and Marlboro men are done. Attempting to go it alone, without any emotional support from friends or a grouping of buddies, is asking for trouble. Speaking to someone about your issues and getting emotional support can really strengthen you. To stop anxiety attacks, you'll have to have some support from at least a handful of folk you can trust.

4. Do you plan to have a great time?

It doesn't matter how busy you are , you need to truly schedule some fun into your agenda. It can go far in relaxing up some of your stress, allowing you to release some pressure, and take a load off your intelligence for some time. It can be as indulgent or as easy as you want “in reality the easier, the better (less stress that way), but just be certain to find something you like to do to relax.

5. Are you looking after your physical wants like fitness?

Ultimately, in order to stop anxiety attacks, you’ll want to ask if you are properly looking after your physical wants. Are you fit? Are you healthy? Getting good sleep, working out or at a minimum taking a brisk stroll 3-4 times per week, making sure that your diet is healthy “all these things will help you stop these attacks.
